Kinavey Hearing
The 15th and final session was conducted, and the hearings are now officially closed. It is now up to the school board to deliberate and reach a verdict, as to whether or not Mrs. Kinavey will be retain her superintendent position. This will probably not happen, until the August 24th board meeting.
Her attorney has already filed a suit in Federal Court, and will file in Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas, if the school board's decision goes against her.
Should this continue in the courts, the added cost would be high, but it will be interesting to have more information revealed and potentially have more of those involved identified.
But, think about this: Where is the benefit to the tax payers and the kids.
